This effort is a sole source modification to allow for testing. Testing and evaluation was previously on the contract in an option. However, the number of devices to be tested was changed before the option was exercised. Therefore, a sole source modification is required to make the change to the number of devices for test and evaluation. The technology is proprietary and is only available at the Contractor's site. Lockheed Martin Federal Systems (LMFS) is the only source capable of providing the requirement.
