This effort is a sole source Lockheed Martin Federal Systems contract modification which changes the work scope to mitigate the effects that were discovered during this effort. In the initial phases, this effort focused on one particular effect. However, during contract performance two additional effects were identified. This modification will allow the contractor to characterize and mitigate the two additional effects, which will provide an efficient and cost-effective method to accomplish this work.
