This modification to the original Commerce Business Daily announcement is intended to answer questions that have arisen about the design project. (1) Landscaping will involve shrubbery, trees, and associated plantings, and will require the services of a landscape designer. (2) Space planning will be included, to include a comprehensive plan for vacating spaces and reoccupying furniture and personnel and a schematic of modular units and procurement planning. (3) Phasing is required. (4) A single central air handler will be considered to conserve floor space and reduce maintenance. (5) The roof was completed within the last five years and is not included in this project. The due date for submissions is changed from 1 September 1996 to 3 September 1996. Site visits are not required, but can be arranged by contacting the above. This is a 100% small business set-aside. This design project is scheduled for award in Government Fiscal Year 1997.
