G -- COUNSELING AND VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES SOL RFP623-20-96 DUE 091596 POC Cynthia Due (90C0, (918)683-3261, Ext. 210 The VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK is issuing a competitive negotiation solicitation for Counseling and Vocational Rehabilitation Services for veteran clients of the Vocational Rehabilitation Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office in Muskogee, OK. Work to include Employability Assessment, Case Management and Employment Services. Contractor must hold a minimum of a Masters Degree in one of the following areas: Rehabilitation Counseling or equivalent (i.e. Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Guidance and Counseling). Contractors will be considered if they are certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselors as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), or has a degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with 1 year experience or a closely related area with 2 years experience. Applicable areas are Lawton, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Muskogee. The contract period will be for one base year and two, one year options. Issuance of the solicitation will be on or around August 15, 1996. Contract is subject to availability of funds. This is a total small business set-aside.
