Contractor shall provide a roof survey which details and identifies roof system construction and condition. Data will be accumulated by roof area and include classifications for appropriate preventive action; including repair, restoration, and replacement. A roof area is defined as an area separated from other sections of the roof on a single building by type or any perimeter detail or physical barrier. A perimeter detail or physical barrier shall include but not be limited to a wall, any type of roof edge detail, and expansion joint, or a change in deck type. This solicitation is open to large and small businesses. Only written requests for solicitations will be honored. (198)
