Contract period is 10-1-96 through 9-30-97 with two one-year renewal options. Preventive maintenance will be performed semi-annually. Emergency maintenance will be performed during the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm with on-site response within 24 hours. Solicitation documents will be available o/a 7-31-96.
