The solicitation packages will be available on July 30, 1996 with an anticipated bid opening on or about Sept 2, 1996. The successful bidder will be responsible for Psychiatry services being professional in nature, being provided in the method as considered normal in the local community. They will evaluate the psychiatric needs of patients, prescribe medications and make recommendations for referral. The successful contractor will be certified and licensed to practice Psychiatry. The resulting contract will be a one year contract, starting October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. Additional, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation.
