Contractor must have the capability to provide current telephone numbers, and in some cases current addresses. Period of service will be from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1993 with two one year option to renew periods. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities. This notice will represent the only official notice of such solicitation. Notifications/requests can be faxed to 612-725-2072. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this solicitation and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
