The Health Resources and Services Administration proposes to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH), Inc., 111 South 11th Street, Suite 2210 Gibbon, Philadelphia, PA 19107, for the purpose of providing assistance in developing and documenting the core knowledge contents required of primary care physicians regarding the oral manifestations of HIV/AIDS. The TJUH is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The period of performance is eight months. This award shall be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
