Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Food Service Attendant Services to include: serving and replenishing of food, cleaning of facilities, equipment, and utensils, preparation of fruits and vegetables, bussing of tables, cashier services, and maintenance of entranceways. Services to commence on 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 with four (4) 12-month option periods. The procurement is a set-aside for competitive 8(a) and as such is limited to 8(a) concerns eligible under Standard Industrial Classification #5812.
