Nonpersonal services to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and all other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal, for the period 1 Mar 97 through 28 Feb 98 with two one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business; the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 0782 with a size standard of $5.0M. A Request for Proposals will be issued O/A 6 Sep 96; offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. One site visit will be conducted. Drawings will be provided on approximately twelve (12) 3 1/2'' disks using PKZip, a file compression program. Drawings will be on AUTOCAD.DWG files and require AUTOCAD release 10 or newer to view. The Government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation.
