Madril, 505-784-2958 Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform Basewide Custodial Services, at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Work includes vacuuming, sweeping/damp mopping floors, disinfecting, descaling and supplying toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in the restrooms/locker rooms/showers, carpet shampooing, and floor maintenance. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performances Work Statement. Basic Contract Period will be 1 October 1996 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 1997, with four one-year option periods. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Only written requests will be accepted. IFB will be issued on or about 24 July 1996 with bid opening on or about 27 Aug 96.
