Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision for the Fetal Bovine Serum. The fetal bovine serum required must have absolutely no isolation of BVD Virus and be absolutely free of the following: Titer of Bovine Viral Diarrhea (BVD) Antibody; Titer of Parainfluenza Type 3 (PI-3) Antibody; Titer of Infectious Bovine Rhinotrachitis (IBR) Antibody; and Specific Diseases.
