The Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting non-personal services for a Parenting Program Instructor. The solicitation packages will be available on July 30, 1996 with an anticipated bid opening on or about Sept 2, 1996. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering these services to the inmates as set fourth in Bureau of Prisons Program Statement 5355.02. The successful bidder will serve as program coordinator for the parenting program. Social services outreach contracts shall be established with community based on social service organizations to facilitate the provision of services to the inmate parent, visiting custodial parent, and children. The resulting contract will be a one year contract, starting October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation.
