Construct storm drainage system for the parking lot. Extend existing building 6295 to provide administrative space for four (4) persons. Construct an open vehicle wash pad, consisting of a concrete pad with integral grit chamber(s), and utilizing to fullest extent possible the existing oil-water separator adjacent to the POL point. Pave the graveled parking area, including curb and gutter and pavement markings. Construct six-foot high chain link fence topped with three (3) strands of barbed wire around the parking area, including vehicular gates. Provide parking lot lighting at minimum levels required for security. Construct an enclosed automatic vehicle wash facility. Magnitude of construction is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000. Award will be subject to availability of funds. Duration of the project is 180 calendar days.
