The facility will include child development areas, an administration area, storage areas, toilets, commercial kitchen, laundry room, custodial room, boiler, electrical service, security lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, CCTV monitoring system, paving, fencing, walks, curbs and gutters. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $45.00 (half size) and $110.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
