Work includes but is not limited to the following principal items: (1) Construct a replacement of the current air supported structure with a permanent enclosure. The permanent enclosure will measure approximately 104'-0'' by 84'-0''. The permanent enclosure will be constructed of structural framing of either structural steel or aluminum with polycarbonated sheet with motorized roof openings and sliding glass doors in the walls. (2) Demolition of existing air supported structure and tie down curb. (3) Removal of blowers and existing A/C units. (4) Removal of existing pole and cables. (5) Replacement of existing lights. (6) Sandblasting pool surface. (7) Painting pool surface. (8) Cleaning concrete around pool. (9) Painting lifeguard towers. (11) Replacement of 14 rope hooks. (12) Repairing pool ladders. (13) Replacement of doors on bath house. (14) Replacement of the filter shed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days.
