The work includes the removal of existing lab cabinets, walls, floor and wall finishes, plumbing, electrical, installation of Government furnished equipment (Cabinets) and incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. the contract duration is 120 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
