The Steam Lines project consists of renovating existing central steam systems in the 9300 Area with replacement by individual gas-fired boilers and domestic hot water heaters in each building, existing underground steam lines will be abandoned in place, central steam plant shall be demolished. Magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of the project is 960 calendar days.
