Work includes but is not limited to, demolition involving the removal and/or relocation of a chain link fence, posts, concrete foundation, concrete slab areas and footings. Electrical conduit, underground utilities, irrigation lines, storm drain piping, sewer lines, and cathodic anode protection will also need to be relocated. The SIC for this project is 1541. The estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. All qualified contractors may request a copy of the solicitation.
