Proposed contract is unrestricted. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. A Subcontracting Plan is required if the contract is awarded to a Large Business. Plans and specs will be available on or about 09 August 1996 until supply is exhausted. Bid opening date will be on or about 09 September 1996. No deposit is required.
