Howe (202) 690-5552 The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requires a contractor to provide the labor, materials and supervision necessary to perform maintenance services for all elevators located in the Humphrey Building at 200 Independence Avenue, SW, in Washington, D.C. These elevators were designed and built using solid state technology. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance, repairs as needed and emergency call back services such as the release of trapped employees. The period of performance shall be one year with four option years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses, Standard Industrial Code 1796.
