The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested; and, a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a purchase order using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for a Loss Prevention Sensor Detection System comprised of Checkpoint Systems,Inc., 101 Wolf Drive, Thorofare, N.J. 08086 equipment components, to include: Single Aisle, Model: QS4000 Detection System (4ea.); Model: Counterpoint IV Deactivation Unit (8ea.); and accessories: Wireless Remote Alarms, Wall Mounted Wireless Remote Alarm Annunciators (4ea), Portable Verifier-Hand held Alarm Detector (2ea), and Security Labels: Checkpoint Series 410 (2000ea). The provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-34. SIC is 3812. Small Business size is 750 employees. If other than the Brand Name identified is quoted, then the quoter SHALL indicate the Manufacturer, Brand, and Model/Part number quoted and provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product quoted meets the Brand Name identified.
