The Small Business Administration (SBA) seeks small business manufacturers of Purified Terephthalic Acid Ground (PTAG) and Un-Ground (PTAU) (SIC 2869, PSC 6810). The SBA may grant a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for PTAG and PTAU if no small business manufacturers are available to supply this class of products to the Federal Government.
