This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a ''written solicitation'' will not be issued. Contractor shall provide a video upgrade for Ceegraph Console System as stated in line item 1: One (1) Upgrade for Ceegraph Console system serial #CC93I0172, current configuration-Ceegraph/Sleep video acquisition, review and analysis package video monitor computer controlled VCR, VCR control module, titular event button and cables; line item 2: One (1) Upgrade for current Ceegraph console system serial #CC93J0177 video acquisition, review and analysis package, Sleepscan collection package, 32 channel sleep amplifier/oximeter headbox split screen video, display upgrade computer to a pentium. SIC Code 7379. Small Business size is 12.5 million. Deliver F.O.B. Destination 45 days from award date.
