A -- UPDATE TO DNA EFFECTS MANUAL 1 (EM-1) CHAPTER 21, DAMAGE TO MISSILES SOL DNA001-96-R-0047 POC Brian Wilt, Negotiator, (703) 325-6960, Scott G. Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200. Update to Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) EM-1 Chapter 21 requires updating to account for numerous tests accomplished in the field since its last release. The scope of the chapter should be extended to Tactical and Theater Missiles which may be carrying General Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Warheads to include nuclear, chemical and biological material. Copies of the solicitation are available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All requests for the RFP must be in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable and shall be faxed to the attention of Brian Wilt, (703) 325-6960. If the request is faxed, no hard copy is required. Contractor personnel will require a DOD security level of SECRET. Contemplated period of performance is 19 months.
