The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) requires services to devlop sustainable capacity within the United States Associated Pacific jurisdictions of American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) in order to conduct localy-relevant studies that shall establish susbstance abuse prevalence rates for each jurisdiction. The Program Support Center intends to negotiate on behalf of CSAT on a sole source basis with The Johns Hopkins University, School of Hygiene and Public Health, 624 North Broadway, Baltimore, MD.
