K -- UPGRADE HONEYWELL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM DUE 080796 POC Donna Ross (518)462-3311 EXT. 2558 The Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY is seeking qualified firms who have the necessary resources, qualified personnel and technical expertise to upgrade the existing Honeywell FS-90 Fire and Security System. The upgrade will allow for multiple alarm and multiple trouble reporting, logging and acknowledgment from the PC front end. Work shall include furnishing and installing new FS-90 fire alarm panels; furnishing and installing new communication boards in existing eight (8) FS-90 fire alarm panels; furnishing and installing new mother boards, enclosures and software; reprogramming existing FS-90 panels; testing of all modified FS-90 panel outputs and inputs by zone; training of VAMC personnel of new system upgrade. All equipment and/or materials installed for this upgrade must be compatible with the existing Honeywell fire alarm system.
