The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Memphis, TN, has a requirement for a licensed Dental Hygienist, for services to be performed at the satellite camp, Federal Prison Camp Millington, TN. The Contractor will be required to perform duties inherent to this position, as well as plan and conduct Oral Health Education Programs to the inmate population. Due to the nature of this contract, all individuals working within the institution will be required to submit to Security Clearances. This will be a competive procurement with award being made to the offeror determined to be in the best interest of the Government, price and other factors considered. These ''other factors'' include Past Performance and Technical. Services will be required one day a week for seven sessions (1 session = 1 hour), for a total of 364 sessions per year. The base year of the contract shall run for twelve months from the date of award with four (4) one year option periods for renewal. It is anticipated solicitation packages will be mailed approximately August 8, 1996, with an approximate due date of September 8, 1996. It is anticpated this solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid which may be considered for award. No collect calls will be accepted. (0205)
