Operations (ODO), is a unit of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service
(US&FCS), within Commerce's International Trade Administration. ODO
operates the Export Assistance Center (EAC) network, a system of export
and trade finance counselling and support offices in 85+ commercial
centers and major business areas throughout the U.S. The EACs are
chartered to provide export consulting services to New-
to-Export/New-to-Market clients (principally small-medium sized
businesses) integrating strategic planning, market research, export
finance guidance, and a variety of information products and services to
meet client-specific needs and circumstances. The Office of Domestic
Operations wishes to initiate and operate ''Trade Promotion
Partnerships'' with non-federal (i.e. State and Local Government;
Regional, private, academic, research and other institutions)
organizations intended to share and leverage resources on behalf of
small-medium sized exporting firms.The Office of Domestic Operations
(ODO) is seeking information and expressions from organizations
demonstrating capability to form, and contribute within, an Export
Promotion Partnership active in one or more of the above areas. All
responsible sources may submit a capability statement addressing
ability(ies) to: (1) develop information technology tools and
applications to package and delivery trade data and information to
small-medium sized businesses seeking to export; (2) participate in
educational and awareness programs intended to increase small-medium
sized business interest in exporting; (3) plan and support trade events
including conferences, seminars, and expositions, intended to promote
interest of U.S. products and/or services in world markets; and (4)
develop and deliver trade information products such as directories,
agent/distributor listings, reference materials, and the
