Design will be to repair bulk fuel storage tank bottoms and cathodically protect. Repair receiving and dispensing line. Construct product recovery system for four bulk storage tanks. Paint exterior of four bulk storage tanks. Responding firms will be evaluated in the following areas: 1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of services. 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. 3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. 4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry. 5) Location in the general geographical area of the project. 6) Volume of DOD work previously awarded.
