Solicitation Number 144-0144 will be issued on or about 08/15/96, with a bid opening date of 09/19/96 at 2:00 p.m. (EDST). The services required will be transportation and removal of dried activated sludge from our Sewage Treatment Plant. All sludge is non-toxic. Removal will be to a landfill approved by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Additionally, the contractor will provide rental of a 16 yard container for storage of sludge. This contract will be in effect from 10/01/96 to 09/30/97.
