The vessels should be able to carry the cargoide ntified in the RFP, which includes, but is not limited to, watercraft, material handling equipment, refrigeration and dry cargo. The first vessel is required to be delivered not later than May 1997. The RFP will be issued in draft format on July 26,1 996.
