The building will have approximately 28,000 gross SF of floor space. Construction features include steel frame construction, brick veneer, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing system, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,300,000 and $2,700,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
