Work includes replacing windows with thermal pane windows; calk windows and door frames; clean brick veneer and repoint joints; install vapor barriers in crawl spaces and replace crawl space doors; install GFI rec. and water hose bibbs; replace dryer exhaust vents; prime and paint various surfaces; abate lead-based paint as necessary. Miscellaneous repairs to houses. Work includes: repair/paint exterior surfaces, fences, windows and doors; replace garage doors and attic louvers; clean/repair stucco. Install sump pits, drain system, replace sump pumps and associated wiring. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
