The proposed work includes providing all plant, labor, material, equipment and services necessary for the demolition of 5600+/- SY Asphalt Pavement, storm sewer replacement, extend 12'' waterline with fire hydrants, catch basins and storm drainage. Construct new road subbase (2500+/- SY) followed by new base course and asphalt surfaces. Fencing, gates, street lights, parking areas, and sidewalks are included. The work is to be performed at the Vermont Air National Guard Base, Burlington IAP, VT. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1611; related small business size is $17.0M. Estimated magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000. Completion date is 60 days after the acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed.
