CW4 Mary Jean Suits. The proposed work includes providing all plant,
labor, material, equipment and services necessary for the demolition of
5600+/- SY Asphalt Pavement, storm sewer replacement, extend 12''
waterline with fire hydrants, catch basins and storm drainage.
Construct new road subbase (2500+/- SY) followed by new base course and
asphalt surfaces. Fencing, gates, street lights, parking areas, and
sidewalks are included. The work is to be performed at the Vermont Air
National Guard Base, Burlington IAP, VT. Standard Industrial Code
(SIC) is 1611; related small business size is $17.0M. Estimated
magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000. Completion date is
60 days after the acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and
Specifications will be available on 9 August 1996. Only written
requests for solicitation packages will be honored. Requests are to be
submitted to the USPFO for Vermont, Attn: VT-PFO-PC, Bldg 3, Camp
Johnson, Colchester, Vermont 05446-3004. Plan holders list will be
supplied only upon written request. This is an unrestricted procurement
pursuant to Public Law 102-366, ``Small Business Credit and Business
Enhancement Act of 1992''. Contractors are to furnish their delivery
address as well as mailing address and are to state if they are
women-owned, minority business concern, small or large business. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this
