The structure will match the existing and consist of a cavity bearing wall of 4 inch split rib outer wythe And 8 inch regular block with a furred and drywall finish interior. The addition will be for administration use and have two regular offices and one large general office. The roof structure will be metal trusses and metal standing seam roof. There will be some renovation in the existing building consisting of removing several walls and constructing a new one. The new addition shall be completed and occupied before work can start in the existing. There will be no time delay between phases. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated construction performance period is 180 calendar days.
