The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to construct new golf course clubhouse of approximately 13,000 sq ft. Foundations will be spread footings with slab on raised ground. Building will be concrete block with light gauge steel roof trusses. Site development shall include rework of existing adjacent parking lot and pavements. Area landscaping will be included in this contract. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
