Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to remove and replace Walk-in Cold Storage/Freezer Units, at U. S. Coast Guard Reserve Training Center in Yorktwon, VA. The scope of work includes furnishing temporary refrigeration trailers, removal of existing refrigeration lines, removal of panelized refrigeration rooms, removal of existing insulated concrete floors. The contractor shall provide new insulated concrete flooring, pre-engineering cold storage, refrigeration equipment and associated pipes and controls. Contract performance time is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bid issue date is o/a 13 August 1996. There is a non-refundable charge for this solicitation.
