Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR ROOFING AND RELATED WORK AT VARIOUS LEASED AND POSTAL OWNED FACILITIES IN THE CLEVELAND OH DISTRICT AREA. SOL #232098-96-A-0203 DUE 082996 POC Joan Robinson, Facilities Contract Specialist, (410) 997-6241. The contract resulting from this solicitation will include services for roofing and related work at various leased and Postal owned facilities in the geographical areas of the Cleveland OH District area (Counties in OH; Lorain, Cuyahoga, Lake, Ashtabula and Summit). At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded. Contractors must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as of the date of issue in roofing and related work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least three to five jobs at the same time. Specific work order/s will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule and Specifications. One or more ``Work Orders'' will be issued totaling not less than $10,000.00 nor more than $250,000.00 during a two (2) year period of the contract. The Postal Service guarantees no specific number of work orders nor a specific amount other than the $10,000.00 set out above. The contractor will not be required to perform work under any work order where the value of work in any one building is less than $2,000.00. Offerors will be required to submit one (1) ``Multiplier'' to be applied to the various Unit Prices established in the ``Unit Price Schedule.'' The Multiplier must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Offers are due by 4:00 PM on August 29, 1996. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about July 29, 1996 at $35.00 per set, Non-Refundable, referencing Solicitation #232098-96-A-0203.
