The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to strengthen the existing structures to be earthquake resistive. The work includes demolition, excavation, the construction of concrete foundations, masonry shear walls and connections, roof strengthening plates and built-up roofing and incidental architectural related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. NOTE: Large Business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting Plan.
