Offeror must be experienced as a general contractor and primarily engaged in this line for a minimum of five (5) years and who, in addition, shall have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope. The estimated price range is between $300,000.00 and $400,000.00 with completion within 240 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
