Top roofing layer consist of a single-ply EPDM membrane system fully adhered to a layer of recover board. Existing roof decks varies and mechanical fasteners failure evident. Provide and install new single-ply EPDM or EP membrane system fully adhered to a tapered rigid insulation system which is mechanically fastened to the various roof decks. Existing roof deck elevation varies. Facility will be in full operation and equipment protection required. The USPS intends to award a contract, subject to approval of funding, to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous. Construction Cost range: $350,000 to $400,000. Contractors must provide evidence of being authorized membrane installers. Construction completion time will be one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
