Fort Bliss Areas 11100, 11400 & 11500 (FE00370-5J), Area 11600 (FE00366-5J), Area 11200 (FE00385-5J), Areas 11000 & 11300 (FE00466-5J). Project is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Performance Time is 210 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
