The USPS intends to award a contract, subject to approval of funding, to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous. Construction Cost range: $500,000 to $600,000 Evaluation factors in addition to price will be considered as follows: 1. General HVAC experience; 2. Financial stability. Contractor's failure to provide requested information will result in an evaluation of ''poor'' for all applicable areas not submitted. Construction completion time will be one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
