Z -- CANYON CREEK TRAIL BRIDGE REPAIR, DARRINGTON RANGER DISTRICT SOL SOL R6-5-96-33-M POC Contact Point, Janet Hada, 206/744-3338 This project is for the removal and replacement of all wooden components in a 90-foot long suspension trail (hiker and horse) bridge. The treated timber decking and most all the metal components would be reused. The bridge is in a wilderness area, but a helicopter could be used for the transport of material and supplies (not personnel) to and from the site. Motorized equipment could also be used on site during construction. Contract time is 300 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about August 10, 1996. The Government's estimate price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. (0205)
