Higgins, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to
issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0203, or a
new contract, to Pioneer UAV, Inc. (PUI), 9 Schilling Road, Hunt
Valley, Maryland 21030-0738, for the integration and testing of a
sensor payload for the Pioneer Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) System, to
include options for payload retrofit kits. The payload shall be a
combined day/night imaging system providing both lowlight TV and
infrared imaging capability housed within the same payload turret. As
the designer and sole manufacturer of the Pioneer UAV system, PUI is
the only source with the technical expertise and data necessary to meet
the Government's needs for payload integration and testing. For payload
