The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is seeking for 100% Indian owned firms to construct a 40' x 75' utility building. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, power and incidentals to construct a pre-engineered metal frame building at Nambe Pueblo, Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Building construction shall meet all applicable NW State Building Codes including 30 lb. snow load and 100 mph wind load. Project completion time is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $70,000.00 to $120,000.00. This acquisition is being considered for a 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside under the authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47. (204)
