Under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, the National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to procure Fluoroskan Ascent Microplate Fluorometer (cat. #5110100) with first dispenser (cat. #5210220) and an installed incubator (cat. #520210) from Labsystems, Inc., 300 Second Avenue, Needham Heights, MA 02194. The Fluoroskan Ascent Microplate Fluorometer must be capable of temperature regulation of the sample chamber, and there needs to be available standard option to provide a dispenser housed within and controlled by the unit. It is the Government's belief that these requirements can only be met by Labsystems, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if an interested party believes they can meet the above specifications, they may submit their capabilities, and furnish concise responses which demonstrate that their product meets the requirements mentioned above.
