The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Lockheed Sanders, Inc. of Nashua, N.H. for the development of Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Test Program Sets (TPSs) for the AN/ALQ-126B Weapon Replaceable Assembly (WRA). The contract will be for the design, development, manufacture, and delivery of the TPSs and associated data. The Navy does not own the specifications, drawings, nor related data necessary to allow for full and open competition. The contract calls for two each First Article, twenty-eight production units, development test data, spare and repair parts and system problem reports (SPRs), and associated data. The estimated solicitation date is November 1996. Delivery required 30 months after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
